These skates were designed for one of our customer to be used as part of a carousel unit that will deploy heavy duty cable on the ocean floor. |

Modified Skate - Serial #26837 | 50 Ton Capacity Modified BB-100 Skate with guide rollers that are fixed to run on a 10" x 2" track plate. The United States Air Force Test Lab uses these in conjunction with a moveable reaction structure on their munitions test range. It also incorporates large handles that make it easy for lifting with or without gloves. |

Custom Skate - Serial #26206 | | 30 Ton Capacity Wire Reel Transport Cart. The application that this device is used for is to transport 158" diameter wire reels from one part of a manufacturing facility to another.

Custom Skate - Serial #23271 | Custom 22 ton capacity skate with large 5" diameter nylon rollers. This skate is 15 1/2" wide x 19" long and features a solid steel enclosed frame with caulks on the deck surface. Overall height of this skate is 6 1/2". The nylon rollers are equipped with sealed roller bearings. |

Custom Skate - Serial #24838 | Custom skate kit with a total capacity of 70 tons on polyurethane coated rollers! The front swivel skate has a 30 ton capacity and has an attachable 48" long tow handle. The front skate also has a swivel plate in the center which can tilt 5 degrees in each direction. The rear two skates have a 20 ton capacity each and are designed to be used with a spreader bar. Keep your load low to the ground - overall height for the front swivel skate is 5", |

Use a 1 1/4" diameter steel bar to spread the two rear skates to your desired width. The spreader bar slips through the center of the two rear skates and can be locked in place by tightening the square head set screws. |

Modified Skate - Serial #23109 | Modified Hevi-Haul ST-1060 Skate equipped with cam followers and brackets for moving easily on I-beams. These skates have a 30 ton capacity each. The guide rollers are adjustable from 7" to 15" wide. |

Modified Skate - Serial #24692 | 25 ton capacity modified Hevi-Haul UM-HD-50 roller dolly. Features a custom top with steel rails and bolt holes for mounting to the base of an existing machine. The four center rollers are polyurethane coated and the two end rolers are steel for floor protection. |

Modified Skate - Serial #23546 | Modified HM-50 Skate. Modifications on this skate include a larger diameter carrying handle and larger diameter guide rollers. The guide roller brackets on this skate have two holes for the cam followers rather than one large slot for sliding the guide rollers to fit different size I-beams. This particular skate was desiged to run on 12" and 16" I-beams only. |
