Roller and Bearing Set |  |

| |  | | Hevi-Haul's Standard Bearing Sets work with all standard rollers and consists of 15 needle bearings which are 1/4" diameter x 3 9/16" long. Bearings are made with low carbon steel then case hardened. |

|
|
| Bearing Replacement Instructions: |
|
|
| - Remove conepoint set screw and axle from skate frame.
|
|
|
| - Remove roller and bearings and clean the inside of the roller.
|
|
|
| - Using a 1" diameter dowel in the roller, replace the old bearings with the new set of 15 needle bearings. Place the bearings around the dowel on the inside of the roller.
|
|
|
| - Hold the roller with the new bearings in place in the skate and slide the axle through the frame and the roller - pushing out the dowel. Be sure to have a washer on both ends of the roller.
|
|
|
| - Repeat this step with the second roller if necessary.
|
|
|
| - Spin the axle so that the countersunk hole in the axle lines up with the drilled and tapped hole in the "boss" on the frame of the skate.
|
|
|
| - Replace the conepoint socket set screw.
|
|
|
| - Grease the axle with general purpose grease and you should be ready to roll.
