|  | | |  | | | Hevi-Haul's standard axles, which fit all standard skates, are 1" in diameter and come in varying lengths and hardness. Standard axles are made of 1018 mild steel and all hardened axles are made of 8620 alloy steel and case hardened. All axles come with grease fittings installed. | |
|
 | | Hevi-Haul's Standard Steel Rollers are all 3 1/2" and 3 1/4" in diameter and are approximately 3 5/8" in length. Hevi-Haul offers three different types of of standard rollers: Steel, Polyurethane Coated, and Nylon Rollers.

 | | | Hevi-Haul's Standard Bearing Sets work with all standard rollers and consists of 15 needle bearings which are 1/4" diameter x 3 9/16" long. Bearings are made with low carbon steel then case hardened. | |

 | | | Hevi-Haul's Standard Washers are 1" SAE wrought washers. Washers are used on both sides of each roller on all standard skates for proper spacing. All washers are zinc plated. | |

 | | | Hevi-Haul's Standard Grease Fittings are 1/4" drive type and come standard in all axles to allow for grease to be inserted into the axle and lubricate the bearings. | |

Cone Point Socket Set Screw |
 | | | Hevi-Haul's Cone Point Socket Set Screws (3/8")are used on all standard skates to keep axles from turning when the skate is in use. Set screws are inserted into the welded axle housing (boss) on one side of each skate frame. The cone point is tightened into a countersunk hole in one end of each axle. | |

 | | | Hevi-Haul's axle housings (bosses) are welded to the ouside of the skate frames to accept a cone point socket set screw which holds the axles in place when the skate is in use. | |

 | | | Hevi-Haul's cleats or "caulks" are made of steel and welded into the tops of most standard skates. These caulks help the skate grip the load being moved and also helps keep the skate from "swimming" under the load. | |

Large Swivel Top and Friction Plate |
 | | | The Hevi-Haul Swivel Tops and Friction Plates of all sizes are easily removable and replaceable with a single flat head cap screw and an allen wrench. | |

Cam Follower (Guide Roller) |
 | | | Cam Followers (also known as guide rollers) are 2" in diameter and can be used with cam follower brackets, which are welded to skate frames, to guide the skates when riding on I-beams. | |
|
 | | | Hevi-Haul's Cam Follower Brackets can be welded to any standard rigid skate for use with cam followers (guide rollers) to ride on I-beams. | |
